The Zach Hart Agency in Troy, MI completed an interior renovation, minor exterior modification and new finishes in December 2019. The space was transformed into a playful, modern office with an emphasis on employee engagement.
The Challenges
This office renovation took place during the busy holiday season and included some artistic finishes. The project included changes to the office footprint that required interior demolition, construction of new walls, new flooring, paint, paint, electric, plumbing and HVAC, thus displacing employees.
Problems Solved
The Snyder Construction project team worked closely with the owner to limit disruptions to the business. By sticking to a detailed schedule and performing some work on the weekends, the project was finished as promised and ready for the office staff to start enjoying their new eclectic space
